This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, flat-screen tv, and delicious breakfast. I remember how staff helped with my room issue at night. They even charged a mobility scooter for free! Highly recommend for a cozy stay. Coming back for Christmas!

I loved exploring the beautiful Crescent Gardens, just a few steps away, and taking in the stunning sea views from the clifftop park next door during my stay, which made our family weekend even more memorable and enjoyable.

I had such a lovely stay! The room was spacious and immaculate, with a massive bed that provided the best sleep ever. Breakfast was a highlight, with the smoked haddock cooked to perfection!

The sea view from our balcony was simply breathtaking, perfect for enjoying sunsets. Our precious dog loved the pet-friendly atmosphere, and we all appreciated how easily we could wander to the nearby beach for a day of fun and exploration.

In my wife’s opinion, the room could have used a bit more space for all our gear with the kids and dog.

The view from my room was just amazing every morning, and I felt like I was on a movie set or something. The staff went above and beyond with service, especially Lauren who really saved us by securing dinner reservations even though we forgot to book ahead. The fresh and locally sourced food was a nice touch. The smoked haddock for breakfast was divine.

Parking is an absolute puzzle. limited spaces meant I had to book ahead or risk a long walk to my ride. The room I had, while clean, felt stale with nothing more than a few generic decorations—definitely not worth the steep price tag. the bathroom could've used a refresh. it seemed out of touch with the rest of the slightly upscale vibes and the shower curtain felt like a cheap nod instead of a proper screen. Dinner options were tight, which left me frustrated when my preferred dish wasn’t available. And trust me, the bar prices kept me from indulging as much as I’d like, especially after scouring the menu for something lighter.

Just spent 3 nights in a nice double room with a fab park view. The space was huge, and loved the modern bathroom setup! Management was quick to handle a hiccup (totally another guest's fault). But, had some drama when they kicked us out early at our family party. breakfast was good!

The breakfast spread was a proper gem, featuring tons of local goodies that made mornings feel like a feast! We found a few top-notch eateries nearby, like Downcliffe House and Inghams Fish Restaurant, serving up delectable dishes that had us swooning over the flavors.

Maybe the room could do with a little fresh paint, but it still held its charm amidst the cozy vibe. Plus, a bit of sprucing up on the balcony decking wouldn’t hurt either!

Had a lovely stay for a night with my children. The view from our balcony was stunning, and the food was impressive. I was disappointed as my son's chicken goujons were served raw, but the staff reacted promptly and handled it well.
